Download from website as soon as possible. If you need help or instructions on how to download and install program update. Please call the software support team.

New Backup warning message. The program will now warn you if it cannot find what appears to be a current backup. Have you done a backup recently? Do you keep a copy of your backup in secure off-site location? If not, your not HIPPA compliant.

We highly recommend that you do daily backups. We suggest you check to make sure you have a current backup. If you need help making a backup, call or email Apothesoft, LLC support team for instructions.

Important Reminder: Should the program ever display an error message and instructs you to call your ApotheSoft support team. Do so. If you ignor messages of that type you could cause irreparable damage or corruption of your database. Please inform all employees using this software.

If you have chosen to use the legacy Pharmacist Maintained Drug-Drug interaction checker, ensure that you are keeping the drug records updated with proper codes and that interactions tablets are also up to date. ApotheSoft, LLC DOES NOT recommend pharmacist use this method.

    Download and RUN the current version of the program update. After the files have installed, the program will reindex your datafiles and download all of your current licenses.
    To download the program update and your license do the following:
    1) exit the Apothesoft program (close it on all work stations)
    2) from the computer on which it was installed, go to the internet site:    http://apothesoft.com
    3) select UPDATES go to the updates page
    4) select ApotheSoft Program Update
    5) RUN this update.    When the update finishes installing the new files, it will download your new license.
    Note: the program update assumes the Apothesoft program was install into it's default directory: C:\ApotheRx if this is not the case, you will need to call me for some additional help/instructions. If you have any questions, please give Marty a call or send an email.
